Amy Levin, Senior Vice President, has had an active role in the Florida legal community for over 20 years. She has an extensive background in the legal field developing and maintaining the most sophisticated practice areas of law. Ms. Levin is a current member of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee, Broward College Advisory Board for Paralegal Studies, Advisory Board Member for Nova Southeastern University Paralegal Studies Program and she is an active member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Broward Business Networking Group.

Melissa Baskin, Esq., Attorney Search Consultant, is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New Jersey. Ms. Baskin has approximately eleven years of solid partner and associate recruitment experience in the law firm and in-house legal environment. She has a great deal of working knowledge in the financial services industry primarily in investment and private banking as well as the legal field. Ms. Baskin graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech Communications/Theater Performance and she received her Juris Doctor from The Quinnipiac College School of Law. Prior to joining The Legal Group, Inc., Ms.Baskin was a prominent trial attorney practicing in the State of New Jersey and Florida.

Ayleen Gonzalez, Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for the daily operations and financial management of the firm. Ms. Gonzalez was formerly a legal search consultant in the executive placement division. She brings with her many years of human resource and management experience from the United States District Court Courts and the United States Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons. Ms. Gonzalez is an active member of the Human Resources Association and the Paralegal Association of Florida.

Charline Ramon, Human Resource Executive, provides legal administrative and human resource support for the contract and direct hire divisions. Ms. Ramon works closely with the legal team establishing candidate relationships and client affiliations. She has over 10 years of experience in finance and law firm administration.

Lauren Butzer, Recruiting Administrator, joined our firm with prior experience in corporate management. Ms. Butzer is our client and recruitment liaison working closely with our search consultants and legal professionals. She is responsible for client services, recruitment, coordination and support of legal staff. Ms. Butzer is an active member of the Broward Business Networking Group and the Broward Country Paralegal Association.

Herbert Hertner has served as advisor and search consultant to leading law firms and corporations with U.S. and international operations. He has been an expert witness, involved with acquisition/merger consultations and active in evaluating attorney compensation. After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Hertner served in Vietnam as a Liaison Officer and Combat Helicopter Pilot. He retired as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves. He previously served as a Board Member with The National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC).

Pamela Hertner has been in legal search for the past 12 years and in executive search prior to that time. She is responsible for the financial operations of the company. Ms. Hertner was a Realtor Associate participating in commercial and residential transactions in the Miami area for fifteen years.
